An abend.  :-)

As already suggested:   Look at logrec.  Set a slip.  You can set it on any 0C4 
then run your test.  Look at the dump.   If you still can't tell or have no idea
how to look at a dump or logrec, you can still eliminate or prove it is your
IEFUJV by loading a dummy IEFUJV dynamically (dynamic exit / PROGxx) or
changing your SMFPRMxx to eliminate its use.
