Run this EREP job on the system where you had the problem and look at
the report.

//*
//* PRINT BOTH SUMMARY AND DETAIL
//*
//EREPSOFT EXEC PGM=IFCEREP1,
//        PARM=('ACC=N,TYPE=SMC,PRINT=PS,TABSIZE=999K')
//SERLOG  DD DISP=SHR,DSNAME=SYS1.LOGREC
//EREPPT  DD SYSOUT=*,DCB=BLKSIZE=133
//TOURIST DD SYSOUT=*,DCB=BLKSIZE=133
//SYSIN   DD DUMMY

SYS1.LOGREC can be named differently like here it is specified as
LOGREC=SYS1.&SYSNAME..LOGREC in IEASYS00 or it can be a log stream but
most sites still just have SYS1.LOGREC. Check your system to be sure.

Greg Price's excellent REVIEW command processor will let you browse the
live SYS1.LOGREC and do some simple formatting with the EREP command.

CA-SYSVIEW has a really nice LOGREC browse which support sorting and
selecting criteria, allows you to fully format a single entry with EREP
by selecting it and is how I poke around almost every day.

IBM has a free logrec viewer you can download
