User has a dataset on a 3590 tape that is not assigned to our ATL. The tape according to TLMS is offsite, but the OPS crew says it's here and that isn't an issue. The user tries to mount it on an external drive but VNL is asking for it in the ATL. Operator loaded it and the ATL kicked out, as expected. SMS seems to be getting involved. User also has an EXPDT paramet on the DD card, although it's an input tape.
Suggestions are welcome. We're baffled and the user is getting perturbed.
