Hmmm, missed that.  But sure enough, on page 15:
        ssh-tunnel {true}
                If true, target program IO requests (via fromdsn
                and todsn) are tunnelled over ssh via reverse port
                forwarding.  If false, direct socket connects
                are made to the server.

The more I play with Co:Z, the more I'm impressed.  Y'all do good work.
