We received this message recently and reported it to our hardware vendor. He told us that the message indicated a discrepancy between IODF & IOCDS. We knew that not to be the case, so we went back to the configuration of the ESS800 (Shark) and discovered that the unit addresses we assigned to the 3390A (alias devices) in HCD did not match the unit addresses the 'ESS Specialist Tool' had used for aliases when configuring the disk group.
