Bob is correct that the SMF 42 Subtype 6 record will identify each DSNAME in a STEPLIB concatenation, but that record contains only the DSNAME - it provides no information about the MEMBER that was loaded.
But ONLY if just one DSNAME in the //STEPLIB concatenation was the source of ALL of the modules loaded from STEPLIB by the step during that interval, then it could be used to identify the DSNAME.
