This question keeps coming up a lot. Yet another choice is WebSphere Host
On-Demand ("HOD"). You can "Try Your Own Host" here:

You do not need to add any browser to Mac OS X -- it works just fine with
Safari out-of-the-box. I'm quite fond of it for one obvious three letter
reason but also because it is translated into a bazillion national
languages, including Japanese. (Thinking globally....) So not only do
double byte 3270 datastreams work flawlessly but also all the menus,
dialogs, and on-line help are translated -- and you can mix and match (e.g.
English menus/dialogs, Japanese 3270, and Portugese on-line help if you
want). And it supports non-3270 host types (like DEC VT, 5250, FTP, SFTP,
SSH, etc., etc.) without having to get anything else. Also installs and
serves directly from z/OS (as one fine choice among others), so no extra
servers required.
