Hi Mark,
It was great meeting you yesterday. Your group beats any 1 day session I go
to that costs less than $100. I go to the Midwest CMG group in Chicago, and
their sessions are often non mainframe related, although the ones that are
mainframe related seem to draw the best attendance. They charge $80, which
goes to a hotel conference room and lunch, which is usually very good. We
have a Naspa chapter in Milwaukee that meets once a month after work. Its
reasonably priced at $20, which gets you a good meal, but they almost Never
have mainframe speakers, and there is one speaker who talks for about 1
hour.
Could you please send me the link to the presentations. I got it partly
copied down, and then you went on to the next foil.
I enjoyed this so much that if I can get cheap airfare, I might do it again!
Hopefully I'll find a full time job and my employer will send me. (Oh
well - we can dream).
