Victor, Apart from the answers from other, that address the sharing issue more generally, I have some questions to this specific situation: I think you have a specific problem, that could be solved by a specific answer. What dataset is the Reserve issued for? The catalog or another dataset? What dataset is is victim of the reserve? The same dataset or another on the same volume? Can you split those datasets over 2 volumes? Is it a really a problem (apart from seeing the IOS071I message)? You could rais the MIH value for this volume.
