In the TSO READY mode issue TSO PROF (yes you can also do this from ISPF )
It will display all of the TSO/E profile elements - WTPMSG/NOWTPMSG INTERCOM/NOINTERCOM I am not sure if it show MAIL/NOMAIL I think that is on the LOGON Panel. It might be controlled by the Security Product like RACF in the TSO Segment, though I could be wrong.
