The first link, titled "-> Announcement Letter" points to the February 26, 2008 letter number 208-042 instead of today's letter number 208-186. The second link, on the right side titled "z/OS V1.10 announcement letter" actually points to letter 207-175, which is the GA letter for z/OS 1.9. At least, those are the only problems I noticed....
