I see that the business language - COBOL still doesn't recognize the
floating decimal that IBM people spent a lot of time working on. I
also note that other than XML parse there are no enhancements like
implementing requested 2002 Standard features (some of which would
enable us to fully process SMF 30 records without hokey workarounds).
