If you go to http://www.ibm.com/support/us/en/ you can search for any closed APAR and read its detailed description.. For example, type OA25468 in the "Search All of Support" entry field and click the little magnifying glass to the right of the field. That will show the APAR I discussed at the SHARE Bit Bucket in San Jose.
