Liz, We are on QuickRef 6.6. I'm using the cursor arrows (not the tab key) to place the cursor under the first character of the volser and then pressing enter. Nothing pops up for me. I am the mainframe capacity planner here, not the z/OS system programmer, so I don't install QuickRef. Could there be some option in QuickRef that needs to be activated to get the detail?
