To find out whether you'd offload anything in your current environment,
you can set PROJECTCPU in IEAOPTxx and look a the SMF72 Subtype 3
records or use the RMF postprocessor's Workload Activity Report to see
how much would be offloaded. There are some caveats (for instance,
later releases offload more stuff and might change the outcome), and
