Who's "we"? My father was in WWII (Pacific), I didn't get commissioned until the end of the Vietnam era. My Marine brother didn't get commissioned until over a decade later. I can't claim credit for what happened before I was born - and I won't take blame for stuff like slavery which happened before I was born. What part of those liberations did people in both sides of this thread contribute as they argue about "we" getting credit? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html
