The notes regarding the latest update say:
  "ETR (only)
      Enhanced email notifications
            The notifications now includes the text of the last update to
the record. Record conversion streamlined
    .......
            The record text is now displayed in a scrollable text box in the
view, revise, and complete functions, to make the text more easily accessed. "

I am not able to appreciate the improved ease of access either.

several exchanges per hour, and I really want to see the whole text in
*readable* format, not just some bits and pieces scattered everywhere.
Besides, I am logged into servicelink all day.

And clicking output, then clicking display prinatble version takes forever
to display! I shudder to think what that will do at oh:dark:30 on an 46KB
phone line where it took 5 minutes already to display the 'text-only' thing
that we had before.
