Using the mhvrcfs email address, I received the following response
almost immediately. Must be an auto-responder. In the past, the initial
response would be from a human and sometimes took many days or weeks.
Worse yet, some RCFs seemed to go into the "Bit Bucket" and had to
eventually be re-submitted.
Of course, I realize an auto-responder message doesn't guarantee
anything is really being done. But, a simple acknowledgment does wonders
for customer satisfaction ... ;-)
