Entering WSCON caused a panel to popup to enter a few items to "Initiate
Workstation Connection" specifically a TCP/IP address. I guessed at this based
on what I found in the Attachmate's option item "Connection"
Here is the error I received;

Unable to communicate with ISPF workstation agent at specified network
address. Probable causes: (1) the workstation agent is not active at the
specified network address; (2) the APPC transaction program names or
TCP/IP port numbers specified are not identical on the host and on the
 workstation. Network data:'TCP/IP CONNECT RC=49 '.

I can send you the file that you would download from 'ISP.SISPGUI' as an email
attachment. But before I do, try entering 'WSCON' on an ISPF panel and enter
the fields and press ENTER. Obviously you won't get a workstation connection
without the WSA being installed on your PC, and this means your mainframe
session will probably hang for about 5 minutes while it keeps trying to
connect. At the end of the 5 minutes it should display an error message. If you
see this then it looks promising that once you have the WSA installed on your
PC then everything should work. But if instead you see a whole bunch of error
messages appear on the mainframe as soon as you press ENTER on the WSCON panel,
then this means something hasn't been enabled on your mainframe and you
probably won't be able to use the WSA even if I send it to you.

Let me know...
