Actually they are sending it to an output class that gets picked up by
our output management system which is Mantissa's RMS.  Or sometimes they
just cause it to go to the bit bucket. :-(

I was emailed off list that QuickRef said that beside RECORDS= you could
also specify RECORDS>, or RECORDS<, or RECORDS^= (not equal).  However,
in the description of the RECORDS parameter the JES2 Commands Manual
says

" RECORDS=records Only output groups with the specified number of
records are to be modified."

Which is confusing to me.  The command diagram does have all the
possibilities.
