The new POWER6 boxes are not water cooled per se, they have an optional rear
door which houses a water based heat extractor, this allows the heat to be
removed via a water pipe, rather than have it exhausted into the computer room
to be removed by the A/C unit.

I do know that the newest P-Series boxes are water cooled, so it would
seem to follow that the newer z-series would be too.
