BTW, I've never had an ISV vendor ask me what sort product I was
using unless I was having a sort issue somehow related to their
software.
I don't know what the big ISVs do. But, we have no idea what our
customers are running. Sometimes there's a dump with other products
involved. Otherwise, it's irrelevant information. Don't ask, don't tell.
We don't care.
