Or detect a page fault for an unassigned page when a MVCL(E) is being issued
and if the entire page is being set to zero just update the registers and let
it try again?

Great for those that know what they are doing. I coded that in a project where
a wrap around LDS log was being used and rarely more than X old records were
examined. Did a PGSER after hardening the pages.
