This is not a command. It is the reply to message IEA888A, which is issued
if PROMPT is specified in CLOCKxx. Yes, it does cause the TOD clock as seen
by this LPAR to be set.
Ah, I see. Then an IPL is necessary to adjust the clock.
Usually undesirable.
