I highly doubt it unless you are using something like a mod-54 on your
OS/390 2.10 system (I would have to research when that support came in).  

One of the great things about FDR (compared to DFSMSdss IMO) is that you
can take a 3350 backup created 20 years ago and restore it today.   

Worst case scenario... if you have access to 5.4/56P, just copy it over 
to the OS/390 2.10 system, apf authorize it / steplib to the restore job.
