Running z/OS1.9 .. trying to bring up SMTP on a new lpar... starts and stops with return code 16 and no other msg's other than EZY1980E MVPMAIN terminating due to previous error(s)
This new lpar is sharing JES2 spool ... so not sure if this may have something to do with it..something I'm missing..
