Another idea: now that everybody is converting to STP, Sysplex Timers
will become cheap. Why not buy one (or two), connect them to your
individual CPU's and connect them with a modem to a timeserver? That is
all the hardware you need. It is possibly for the shorter term future,
but as long as you z/boxes support a Sysplex Timer, it will work.
