I don't.  Never have, never will - as little extra effort as that may seem. 

I even more strongly suggest that sysprogs read and "soak in" HOLDDATA 
when they apply maintenance.  ESPECIALLY ++ACTION holds.  If you
routinely ignore them, you will eventually run into a bigger problem than  
IPLTEXT that may be missing a PTF.
