Not to my knowledge. For HSM, a migrated data set has serial of MIGRAT, then third byte of x'20' for level 1, and 'x80' for level 2. IIRC, similar information is available from IDCAMS DCOLLECT.
Do all products (HSM, FDR, etc.) use the string MIGRAT as the VOLSER?
I'd love to find out also, but have only had the annoyance of HSM <g>
