The challenge with XMIT/UNLOAD is that you have to run tso in batch to 
reconstitute it.  I prefer in these situations to use IEBCOPY unload/load.

1. ADDRSSU is protected at many sites.
2. XMIT/UNLOAD (OUTFILE) is easier.
