More importantly, there are other good RACF folks (inside of and outside of IBM) who do not follow IBM-MAIN, but only RACF-L, and so you'll miss their expertise by asking RACF questions here. Next, in this case I'd continue to focus on ICHRDSNT to make sure that there isn't some other copy of it in use on the system that gets those messages.
