Walt:

This guy was lazy and he probably didn't want to learn to much assembler and a 
few other things. He tried a short cut and he got caught. Too bad he wasn't 
fired. Of course he could have come back with an argument that he shouldn't 
have write authority to an APF lib so the company was giving him carte blanche 
and he probably could have won that. I won't go into the politics of why he 
write authority as it is too long to go into here.
