Lucky you! If the vendor only looks at the last 5 characters of the serial number that works. Each logical CP has the first two characters of the 'logical' serial number made up of Partition number and logical CP number. If the product looks at the entire 7, then you may have a problem. We had two vendors who did that, and we had to get new keys for them. The products stopped working after the first time we did an upgrade. We were pro-active after that. You have to ask each vendor, individually.
