Many others have told you what to do. Here is why: When you added DSORG=PS, you are telling the open process that the ENTIRE output data set is sequential, which it is not. The entire data set is PO. Each member within a PDS is a PS data set, however, which is probably why you thought you should add the DSORG=PS to your output DD statement. OPEN knows that an individual member within a PDS is sequential, so DSORG is redundant at best and incorrect at worst.
