Same story everywhere.
When I started, we knew that S0C* abends were caused by application programmer
issues.
Now, if it starts with "S", it has to be a system problem.
Maybe it's a good thing that LE converts them to U*** abends. (8-{]}
User abend - user problem - they fix it!
