Since SRBs come and go all the time, the more interesting question is whether WEBs are (or could potentially be) reused after the unit of work ends. I think I know the answer but have never got around to asking. I have always assumed that the WEB address is insufficient to guarantee identity unless paired with some other uniquifier. That's easy with a TCB, but much less obvious with an SRB.
