I once went to some trouble to investigate the reusability of WEBs, tracking them over several 15-minute intervals; but 1) I was unable to relate the occasions upon which they were overwritten to any related event I could identify and 2) the absence of even minimal information--the usual, not very helpful identification of an eyecatcher value alone, say--about them in the relevant data areas manual convinced me that it would be unwise to attempt to reuse them.
