If you are lacking in tools to process SMF data - take a look at the Report Generator in ISMF - Option G
You could create a report type for the SMF record mapping you need, such as IFASMFI6 with keyword 60 or 66 for example, then create a report definition from that. You will get to see all the available fields in the records and have choices about records selection, sorting and displaying in a report.
