Hi Folks,
My wife and I were probably closer to Rick than most. I couldn't
write right away. It was too big a kick in the gut.
I've known Rick for over 20 years, ever since he contributed "The
Archiver" (CBT File 147). I've visited him in Chicago alone, and with
my wife, and we always had good times together. We always called each
other, usually every couple of weeks, the entire time I've known him.
He always knew to break off the "tech talk" when my wife was around, or
on the phone with him. A very sweet man, and one of our dearest friends.
It's hard to go on. Maybe I'd better continue another time.
