Hi Folks,
I've calmed down enough to write some more.
Rick had always been bugging me about getting OS/360 sources, and
he asked me to do whatever I could, to try and obtain old tapes of
them. I kept putting announcements on File 001 of the CBT Tape about
this, and finally Glen Herrmannsfeldt answered, and sent me two tapes
that he had. This was the beginning.
Then I went over to Gilbert Saint-flour's house (10 more sighs....
he lived nearby then) and converted the tapes to something that could be
packaged neatly. And I sent that stuff to Rick, so he could play with it.
That's how Roger Bowler (and the rest of us) got this material, and
Hercules got a boost.

P.S. Maybe I'll start writing a bit more. You've got to appreciate
these people, and what they've done for our great benefit.
