Gadi, This means that the volume is already mounted on another unit in the library. If the volume was mounted by another system in the Sysplex, your z/OS would have seen that the volume was already in use and waited for it. Do you have other systems besides your z/OS connected to the library, that are not connected to your z/OS? Wait for the volume to be dismounted there of make it dismount.
