Well there is/was an ESS reference SC26-7298 which I downloaded quite some time ago, it's available here http://ebookbrowse.com/ess-s390-command-reference-exxfxx-sc26-7298-01-pdf-d170380434 for example (not sure how legal the site is). However there's stuff which is no longer documented at least without NDAs and payments to IBM and many of the commands tend to get converted to something else before reaching the controller nowadays anyway. As far as the actual everyday CP commands are concerned there's not very much difference I think to your manual. The Share document "zHPF Channel Programming The Bits and Bytes" by David Bond which one can find online might be an interesting introduction for those who want something newer.
