Yes, this will make the Reserved Storage reconfigurable when varied
online. 
You could have added a second suggestion, which I learned from you IIRC,
to do an IPL CLEAR to release the Reserved Storage at IPL, since a
normal IPL will keep it online and also make it non-reconfigurable,
because of the RSU=OFFLINE value.
