I was thinking more like a separate DTD for each individual record. But just a
good description would be good enough. Also, if I am asking for something that
I am certain that I won't get anyway, why not ask for everything? E.g. I cannot
afford a Lexus, so why _not_ ask for a Bently? I'm not going to get either one,
so ask for the better.

And this was just more about me wondering if anybody else would like something
like this. Looks like I'm back in the obscure minority again.
