Top ? It means we use TOP Federal tax dollars to pay for all the new
stuff their IT department wants to buy and what ever discount the vendor
gives them, are then distributed as bonus's to the executives.
Then the executives retire and with their "Golden hand shake" they run
for a Republican political seat...ex. Henry Paulson
Oh, if they got elected, we would have been told to give their buddies
more tax cuts and that we should not ask to see their tax records
because THAT is not the "American dream".
