What size memory object backs an IARCP64

    On CPOOL BUILD, one specifies PCELLCT and SCELLCT to tell z/OS how 
to build the pool.  There doesn't appear to be any equivalent for 
IARCP64 REQUEST=BUILD.  No way to communicate to z/OS how many you think 
you will need?  I must be missing something here.....
