All IARCP64 pool extents are 1Mb in size - therefore there is no need for 
PCELLCT/SCELLCT

     The 1.12 manual I looked at has the following.  Doesn't say a bleeping 
thing about the original size.  I wish to move some pools above the bar, and 
have some idea of how many I will need, in each. I would like to be able to

This parameter tries expanding.
,EXPAND=NO
This parameter does not try expanding.
