Google search found the following Technote: .Receiving IGD17054I on temp data sets since year 2010
In which the following lines appear: Resolving the problem The ultimate solution to this problem is to change the RNL exclusion list entry to SYS1. or SYS1.*, however, there are limits that may make this impractical without some pre-planning and preparation. See below for details on accomplishing the RNL change. Until an RNL change can be effected you may consider the following possible circumventions: a) Ensure temporary data sets are put on volumes that HSM does not manage until such time as the RNL can be changed. b) Contact HSM Level 2 for a patch to turn off deletion of newly created temp data sets. * * NOTE: If using another application or vendor product in place of HSM, please contact the application owner or the vendor to have them provide a means of stopping the temporary data sets from being deleted if the RNL can not be changed. Would anyone have the patch to turn off deletion of newly created temp data sets?
