In sync with IOCD, LIC: These are kept on the SEs' HD. The SEs are associated with a single CEC. So, when the SEs are updated, have it mirror the changes to the SSD in the CEC. Perhaps, instead of HSA in SSD, just load the HSA from the SSD and have some way, when needed, to reload the SSD from the active SE. Loading from SSD would likely be much faster than loading from the SE's HD. Again, only if this is a significant time user during the P.O.R. I don't know if it is or not.
