We have WebSphere Application Server (WAS) 7.0 installed.
Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome can bring up the Admin Console.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 does not work.
Here are the fun error messages from IE8:

Most likely cause:

Search online for a program you can use to view this web content.
Retype the address.
Go back to the previous page.
